ORDER, REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION and CERTIFICATION OF FACTS in that it is RECOMMENDED that Leonard Theisen and Defendant Site Development, Inc. be found in civil contempt, that Defendant be ordered to pay Plaintiffsreasonable expenses, including atto rneys fees, incurred in connection with its attempts to secure Defendants compliance with the October 6, 2017 Order and that Leonard Theisen be sanctioned in the amount of $100.00 per day until Defendant provides to Plaintiffs the records. Addi tionally, Plaintiffs are ORDERED to submit an affidavit setting forth their reasonable expenses, including attorneys fees, incurred in connection their attempts to compel Defendants compliance with the Courts October 6, 2017 Order.
