ORDER - This case is before the Court on Defendant's Motion to Confirm an Arbitration Award and to join Ronald Akbar as a party (Doc. No. 43). With that Motion pending, the case came on for conference by telephone on May 1, 2009, with George Kat chmer representing the Plaintiff and Kim Rivera representing the Defendant. As a result of that conference, it is hereby ordered:1. The stay of proceedings pending arbitration (Doc. No. 20) is vacated. 2. Defendant's Motion to join Ronald Akbar as a party is granted. The Court finds, pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 19, that it cannot afford complete relief among existing parties in his absence. Defendant shall cause the issuance of process and service of the same on this added party. 3. Plaintiff shall respond to the Motion to Confirm within the time allowed by S. D. Ohio Civ.R. 7.2.
