The wording in this Court's Order of Dismissal; Termination Entry, filed March 17, 2009 (Doc. #25), being in error, same is vacated and superseded by the following: Plaintiff having voluntarily, with the permission of the Defendants, dismissed the captioned cause, without prejudice, the within matter is terminated upon the docket records of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, Western Division, at Dayton. Contrary to the wording of this Court's Order of March 17, 2009 (Doc. #25), the captioned cause was not settled; rather, it was voluntarily
