ORDER - This case is before the Court on correspondence received from Plaintiff (Doc. No. 10) in response to the Court's Order for Plaintiff to file a statement of specific errors (Doc. No. 8). Plaintiff is proceeding pro se in this case and sta tes in her letter that she has nothing additional to tell the Court. Recognizing that she does not have an attorney, the Court will treat her letter as complying with the requirement for a statement of specific errors. Defendant shall respond thereto within the time allowed by the Fifth Amended Magistrate Judges' General Order No. 11 and the case will be decided on the record thus created.
