The proceeds of the sale of each Defendant vehicle shall be substituted as the

Defendant property for that vehicle and shall be deposited in the Department of Justice Seized
Asset Deposit Fund and held by the United States Marshals Service pending a final judgment in
this action.
4.

The United States Marshals Service representative shall file a return documenting

the sale proceeds for each vehicle.
