ORDER
This matter is before the Court upon Plaintiff’s Motion for Extension of Time
(Doc. # 7). Plaintiff seeks additional time in the amount of 180 days to reopen an appeal.
It is not clear what appeal he seeks to reopen. The Court notes that Plaintiff refers to the
“Reopening of the Supreme Court of Ohio Entry Case 2009-CA-00036 & Entry June 9,
2011 & 2009-0698 AD Entry April 29, 2011.(Doc. # 7). To the extent that Plaintiff seeks
an extension of 180 days to attempt to reopen the afore-mentioned state cases, the motion
is denied.
To the extent that Plaintiff is seeking an extension of time to file Objections to the
Report and Recommendations which are presently due by June 30, 2011 (Doc. # 6),
Plaintiff’s Motion for Extension of Time is granted. Plaintiff shall file his objections to
the Report and Recommendations on or before July 29, 2011.
