ENTRY AND ORDER: It is hereby ORDERED as follows: 1) Defendant DJO LLC's motion to dismiss (Doc. 7 ) is DENIED AS MOOT; 2) Defendant DJO Global's motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction (Doc. 8 ) is DENIED WITHOUT PREJUDICE; a nd 3) The parties are permitted until October 15, 2012 to conduct discovery on the issue of personal jurisdiction regarding DJO Global, and DJO Global is permitted until Nobember 1, 2012 to file a renewed motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction, if necessary.
