AGREED ORDER VACATING COGNOVIT JUDGMENTS AND ESTABLISHING PROPOSED SCHEDULE FOR AMENDED PLEADINGS. It is ORDERED that Defendants' MOTION to Vacate Judgment Entry on Cognovit Note (Doc. 5 ) is GRANTED. The Judgment is VOID and is hereby VACATED in its entirety. Plaintiff shall file an amended complaint within 14 days of entry of this Order, which shall be served on Defendants pursuant to Rule 5 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure by filing with the Court's ECF system. Defendant shall reply to amended complaint within 14 days of service. The Clerk shall remove Jamey T. Pregon from the ECF distribution list for this matter. Signed by Judge Timothy S.
