Plaintiff’s counsel filed a response on July 8, 2013, notifying the Court that they had been unable to serve the defendants and requested additional time. As of today’s date, Plaintiff has not perfected service against the defendants. Therefore, the Court ORDERS that Plaintiff shall provide proof of service on the defendants, fourteen (14) days from the date of this Order or this matter will be dismissed for failure to prosecute.
