SECOND ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE
On June 24, 2013, this Court filed an order instructing Plaintiff’s counsel to show cause why
this matter should not dismissed for failure to prosecute. Plaintiff’s counsel filed a response on
July 8, 2013, notifying the Court that they had been unable to serve the defendants and requested
additional time. As of today’s date, Plaintiff has not perfected service against the defendants.
Therefore, the Court ORDERS that Plaintiff shall provide proof of service on the
defendants, fourteen (14) days from the date of this Order or this matter will be dismissed for failure
to prosecute.
DONE and ORDERED in Dayton, Ohio on this 9th day of January, 2014.
