Ohio Local Rule 83.4(c), and is DENIED WITHOUT PREJUDICE to be re-filed within TEN DAYS. The Notice of Appearance (doc. 11) is likewise deficient under the Local Rules because Attorney Caroline Koehler fails to note whether she or Attorney Kasey Bond will be the Trial Attorney in this case.
