ORDER
On August 20, 2013, the Court held a telephone status conference with Richard Carr, Jr.,
counsel for Plaintiffs; Shannah Morris, counsel for Quandel Group, Inc. and Western Surety
Company; and Attorney Charles Lester, Jr., whom the Court previously permitted to withdraw
from the representation of Defendant Aspire Group of Ohio, LLC. See doc. 35.
During the conference, Mr. Lester advised the Court that he is again being retained by
Aspire Group of Ohio, LLC. Accordingly, the Clerk of Courts is ORDERED to note on the
docket sheet of this case that Mr. Lester is counsel for Defendant Aspire Group of Ohio, LLC,
and to ensure that he receives copies of all documents filed hereafter on CM/ECF.
Counsel for all sides then also advised the Court that they have scheduled mediation with
a private mediator on September 30, 2013. Counsel are directed to contact the undersigned’s
courtroom deputy, Connie Berry, at 937-512-1641, following the mediation to advise whether or
not the case has settled. If the case has not settled, and if counsel then have other matters they
wish to address, the Court will schedule a telephone status conference at that time.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
