ORDER
The Court held a telephone conference with pro se Plaintiff and Defendants’ counsel on
February 11, 2014. The Court reviewed the calendar with both sides, and noted no discovery
issues were pending. The Court also confirmed that, pursuant to the current Calendar Order
(doc. 15), the dispositive motion deadline is March 3, 2014.
Recognizing that a Motion to Dismiss (doc. 30) has been filed with respect to pro se
Plaintiff’s amended complaint, the Court VACATES the final pretrial conference set for June
23, 2014. The Court will schedule a final pretrial conference and trial date, if appropriate,
following its ruling on Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss.
