AMENDED ORDER GRANTING MOTION TO WITHDRAW AS COUNSEL
FOR OPT-IN PLAINTIFF DAVID GALLEY (DOC. 43)
Now before the Court is the motion of Greg Mansell, Esq., to withdraw as counsel for
opt-in Plaintiff David Galley. Doc. 43. Mr. Mansell complied with the requirements of S.D.
Ohio Civ. P. 83.4(c)(2) in filing the motion. The Court issued a notice to Mr. Galley on April
14, 2014, which advised him of the motion and the consequences if it were to be granted. Mr.
Galley was afforded until May 1, 2014 to respond to the motion. Doc. 45. To date, no response
has been received from Mr. Galley.
For good cause shown, and because Mr. Galley has not opposed the motion, the motion
of Mr. Mansell to withdraw as counsel for opt-in Plaintiff Galley is GRANTED. Mr. Galley
shall advise the Court within 10 days (i.e. on or before May 16, 2014) whether he shall proceed
pro se or with the assistance of counsel. Mr. Galley is further advised that he can be dismissed
as a Plaintiff in this suit if he does not timely respond to this Order by May 16, 2014.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
