ORDERED THAT:

The Motion is GRANTED.

2)

The Proposed Settlement Agreement between Plaintiffs and Bridgestone Americas Tire

Operations, LLC may be filed with the Court with the proposed settlement amount being redacted.
3)

The Proposed Settlement Agreement between Plaintiffs and Bridgestone Americas Tire
