ORDER DENYING PLAINTIFF’S PRO SE MOTION (DOC. 7)

This matter is before the Court upon Plaintiff’s pro se motion requesting a “continuance
while [he] gather[s] exhibits.” Doc. 7. The motion merits denial for two reasons. First,
Plaintiff failed to attach a memorandum in support of his motion, as required by Local Rule
7.2(a)(1). Second, to the extent Plaintiff is seeking time to file Objections to the Report and
Recommendation issued on May 17, 2013, his request is moot because he has already filed
Objections (doc. 6). Plaintiff’s motion (doc. 7) is thus DENIED.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
