IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE SOUTHERN DISTRICT OF OHIO WESTERN DIVISION AT DAYTON FREDRICK A. MOORE, JR., : Case No. 3:13-cv-147 : District Judge Walter H. Rice Magistrate Judge Michael J. Newman Plaintiff, vs. LABOR READY, Defendant. : ______________________________________________________________________________ ORDER DENYING PLAINTIFF’S PRO SE MOTION (DOC. 7) ____________________________________________________________________________ This matter is before the Court upon Plaintiff’s pro se motion requesting a “continuance while [he] gather[s] exhibits.” Doc. 7. The motion merits denial for two reasons. First, Plaintiff failed to attach a memorandum in support of his motion, as required by Local Rule 7.2(a)(1). Second, to the extent Plaintiff is seeking time to file Objections to the Report and Recommendation issued on May 17, 2013, his request is moot because he has already filed Objections (doc. 6). Plaintiff’s motion (doc. 7) is thus DENIED. IT IS SO ORDERED. May 28, 2013 s/ Michael J. Newman United States Magistrate Judge
