Rice Magistrate Judge Michael R. Merz -vsWarden, Warren Correctional Institution, : Respondent. DEFICIENCY ORDER This is a habeas corpus action pursuant to 28 U.S.C. '2254 in which Petitioner seeks release from confinement imposed as part of the judgment of a State court in a criminal action. The Petition as received and filed by the Clerk purports to have sixteen pages, according to the Warren Correctional Scanning Stamp at PageID 1. However, only thirteen pages have actually been received and filed; missing are pages numbered (in the upper right hand corner) 8, 9, and 15. Without these pages, the Court is unable to perform initial review of the Petition under Rule 4 of the Rules Governing ยง 2254 Cases.
