ORDER re 27 Rule 26(f) Report: Having reviewed the parties Fed. R. Civ. P. 26(f) report in anticipation of issuing a Calendar Order, the Court notes that the parties have not included therein proposed deadlines for (1) completing discovery rele vant to the class action allegations, (2) filing a motion to certify the proposed class, and (3) a class action determination. All of these dates are required by S.D. Ohio Civ. R. 23.3. To that end, the parties shall file, on or before October 1, 2013, an amended Rule 26(f) report with these class action dates included therein. ORDER This consent case, with class action allegations, came on for a preliminary pretrial conference on September 16, 2013. The conference was held by telephone. Having reviewed the parties’ Fed. R. Civ. P. 26(f) report in anticipation of issuing a Calendar Order, the Court notes that the parties have not included therein proposed deadlines for (1) completing discovery relevant to the class action allegations, (2) filing a motion to certify the proposed class, and (3) a class action determination. All of these dates are required by S.D. Ohio Civ. R. 23.3. To that end, the parties shall file, on or before October 1, 2013, an amended Rule 26(f) report with these class action dates included therein. If the parties cannot agree on such dates, they shall contact the undersigned’s courtroom deputy, Connie Berry, at (937) 512-1640, and the Court will schedule a telephone conference to discuss proposed dates with the parties.
