ORDER - For good cause shown, the Court construes Document 5 as a motion for an extension of time, GRANTS same, and AFFORDS Mr. Johnson until August 1, 2013 in which to advise the Court whether or not he has found counsel to represent St. G. Tech, In c. As discussed more fully in Document 3, Mr. Johnson is reminded that St. G. Tech, Inc. cannot proceed pro se. To that end, this Order shall constitute an Order to Show Cause, and Plaintiff Johnson is ADVISED that the Court will recommend dismissal of St. G. ORDER

Plaintiff Johnson was recently ordered to advise the Court on or before July 25, 2013
whether or not he had found counsel to represent the corporate Plaintiff St. G. Tech, Inc. See doc.
3. Plaintiff Johnson now advises the Court that “I have just found a[n] attorney who will take my
case on July 23.” Doc. 5 at 1. To that end, he seeks a one-week extension of time so the new
counsel can run a conflict check. Id.
For good cause shown, the Court construes Document 5 as a motion for an extension of
time, GRANTS same, and AFFORDS Mr. Johnson until August 1, 2013 in which to advise the
Court whether or not he has found counsel to represent St. G. Tech, Inc.
As discussed more fully in Document 3, Mr. Johnson is reminded that St. G. Tech, Inc.
