DEFICIENCY ORDER

On July 22, 2013, Petitioner Anthony Wilson filed, on the Court’s Order, an Amended
Petition herein (Doc. No. 4). Respondent’s counsel has now called to the Court’s attention the
facts that the Amended Petition as filed omits paragraphs 58 through 64, presumably because
they are all included on page 31 of that document, which has not been filed with the Court. The
docketed Amended Petition skips from page 30 to page 32.
Accordingly, the Petitioner is ordered to file page 31 immediately.
