ORDER STRIKING SUR-REPLY
This case is before the Court on Plaintiff’s Sur-Reply in opposition to Defendants’
Motion for Summary Judgment (Doc. No. 32).
S. D. Ohio Civ. R. 7.2(a)(2) provides for opposing memoranda in opposition to a motion
and reply memoranda in support. It further provides “[n]o additional memoranda beyond those
enumerated are permitted except upon leave of court for good cause shown.”
Because the Sur-reply was filed without leave of Court, it is hereby STRICKEN.
