UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT
SOUTHERN DISTRICT OF OHIO
WESTERN DIVISION AT DAYTON
DENNIS BAGLAMA, et al.,
Plaintiffs,
Case No.: 3:13-cv-276
vs.
MWV CONSUMER AND OFFICE
PRODUCTS, et al.,
Judge Thomas M. Rose
Magistrate Judge Michael J. Newman
Defendants.
ORDER
Now before the Court is a motion to withdraw as Trial Attorney filed by Plaintiff’s
counsel, Lawrence J. Greger, Esq. Doc. 38. Having carefully reviewed the motion, the Court
finds good cause has been shown and the other requirements of S.D. Ohio Civ. R. 83.4(c)(2)
have been satisfied. The Court ordinarily will not grant such a motion unless a new Trial
Attorney has been designated, as is required by S.D. Ohio Civ. R. 83.4(a). Accordingly, it is
ORDERED that Plaintiff shall secure a new Trial Attorney by May 9, 2014 and file a Notice of
Appearance on or before that date. Mr. Greger will remain as Trial Attorney in the interim, and
no ruling on the motion is made at this time.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
