ORDER GRANTING IN PART PLAINTIFFS’ MOTION TO STAY RESPONSE TO DEFENDANTS’ MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT (DOC. 44) On May 12, 2014, the Court heard oral argument by both sides with respect to Plaintiffs’ motion, filed the same date, to extend Plaintiffs’ summary judgment opposition filing deadline or, in the alternative, to stay a ruling on summary judgment so that the Court can entertain a motion to transfer venue to the United States District Court for the Central District of California. Doc. 44. For good cause shown, the Court grants Plaintiffs an additional day in which to file their summary judgment opposition memorandum.
