ORDER During the preliminary pretrial conference held on December 20, 2013, Defendants’ counsel raised a number of concerns regarding the timeliness and content of pro se Plaintiff’s claims. In the interests of justice, Plaintiff is ORDERED to file an amended complaint on or before January 6, 2014. The amended complaint, which must comply with the pleading standard of Fed. R. Civ. P. 8(a), as construed in Ashcroft v. Iqbal, 556 U.S. 662 (2009), and Bell Atlantic Corp. v. Twombly, 550 U.S. 544 (2007), shall set forth with particularity each and every claim for which Plaintiff seeks relief, including the dates of all relevant events.
