Newman (doc. 20), to whom this case was referred pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b ), and noting that no obje ctions have been filed thereto and that the time for filing suchobjections under Fed. R. Civ. P. 72(b) has expired, hereby ADOPTS said Report and Recommendation. Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED that: 1. The Report and Recommendation (doc. 20) is AD OPTED in full; 2. Plaintiffs motion for attorney's fees (doc. 19) is GRANTED; 3. Plaintiffs counsel is AWARDED $31,188.50 in attorney's fees; 4. The case remains TERMINATED on the docket of this Court.
