DECISION AND ENTRY - It is therefore ORDERED that: I. The Report and Recommendations filed on December 17, 2015 (Doc. 14 ) is ADOPTED in full; 2. The Commissioner's non-disability decision, dated September 4, 2014, is VACATED; 3. Plaintiff Dar rell Theurer's application for a period of disability and disability insurance benefits, and supplemental security income, protectively filed on August 2, 2010, is REMANDED to the Social Security Administration for an immediate AWARD of benefits beginning December 14, 2009; and 4.
