Counsel's Motion For Allowance Of Attorney Fees (Doc. #16) is GRANTED, an d Plaintiff's counsel is awarded $8,006.25 in attorney fees pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 406(b); 3. Plaintiff's counsel is directed to remit $2,810.00 to Plaintiff, which is the total amount of attorney fees counsel has received under the Equal Access to Justice Act, 28 U.S.C. § 2412(d); and4.
