OPINION AND ORDER
The Court has for its consideration Defendant’s Unopposed Motion to Remand (Doc. 16)
this case to the Social Security Administration pursuant to sentence four of 42 U.S.C. § 405(g).
Upon review of the motion, the lack of objection thereto, and for good cause shown, the motion
is hereby GRANTED.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that this case is remanded for further administrative
action under sentence four of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. § 405(g). A separate Judgment
shall be entered forthwith.
IT IS SO ORDERED this 22nd day of June, 2017.
