ARENA2 OF ARKANSAS, LLC., Defendant. ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) Case No. 10-CV-118-GKF-TLW DEFENDANT'S UNOPPOSED MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO ANSWER COMES NOW the Defendant, Arena2 of Arkansas, LLC ("Defendant"), pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 6, and hereby moves the Court for an extension of time, until April 23, 2010, to answer Plaintiff's Complaint. In support of its Motion for Extension of Time to Answer, Defendant respectfully shows the Court as follows: 1. 2. Plaintiff filed his Complaint on February 25, 2010. The Summons and Complaint were served on Defendant on March 17, 2010. Consequently, Defendant's Answer is due by April 7, 2010. 3. 4. 5. No previous motions for extensions have been made by Defendant. Undersigned counsel was retained by Defendant on April 6, 2010. Immediately after being retained, undersigned counsel contacted the Plaintiff's attorney and discussed the filing of this Motion for Extension of Time. The Plaintiff's attorney has agreed that Defendant may have an additional 16 days from the date of this motion to answer. 6. The requested extension will have no impact on any other deadlines in this case. WHEREFORE, Defendant requests that the Court grant it an extension of time, until April 23, 2010, to answer Plaintiff's Complaint. Respectfully submitted, /s/ John E.
