ORDER
Before the Court is the Report and Recommendation of United States Magistrate
Judge Shon T. Erwin. Doc. No. 102. No objection to the Report and Recommendation has
been filed nor has an extension of time in which to object been sought or granted. Therefore,
the Report and Recommendation is ADOPTED in its entirety. Defendants’ dispositive
motions [Doc. Nos. 52, 711 and 78] are GRANTED, Defendants Chainikul, Eldridge and
Langston are dismissed on screening and Plaintiff’s Motion for Summary Judgment [Doc.
No. 80] is DENIED.
IT IS SO ORDERED this 30th day of March, 2015.
