Case No. CIV-15-78-C
ORDER ADOPTING REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION
United States Magistrate Judge Charles B. Goodwin entered a Report and
Recommendation on June 6, 2017, recommending denial of Plaintiff’s “Motion Asking for
Reconsideration of Doc #104.” Plaintiff has objected. The Court therefore considers the
matter de novo.
Plaintiff asserts a laundry list of wrongs, ranging from his conviction, his sentence,
and the denial of medical treatment. But nowhere does he address the law on which the
ruling on which he seeks reconsideration is based.
Accordingly, the Court adopts, in its entirety, the Report and Recommendation of
the Magistrate Judge (Dkt. No. 127), and for the reasons announced therein, Plaintiff’s
“Motion Asking for Reconsideration of Doc #104.” (Dkt. No. 107) is denied.
IT IS SO ORDERED this 21st day of July, 2017.
