Pursuant to the Clerk’s entry of default and the Court’s Orders granting
Plaintiff’s Motion for Default Judgment and Plaintiff’s Motion to Modify Injunction,
the Court finds as follows:
The Court enters judgment for Plaintiff against Defendant for statutory
damages in the amount of $80,000.00.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Defendant shall be and hereby is
permanently enjoined from directly or indirectly infringing Plaintiff’s rights in the

(hereinafter “the Copyrighted Works”) including, but not limited to, the
manufacture, reproduction, distribution, adaptation, display, advertisement,

promotion, offering for sale and/or actual sale or performance, of any materials that
are the same or substantially similar to the Copyrighted Works.
Within twenty (20) days of the date of this Order, Defendant shall destroy, or
deliver to Plaintiff or its counsel, any materials that are the same or substantially
similar to the Copyrighted Works at issue.
