FOR THE WESTERN DISTRICT OF OKLAHOMA
BRANDON KEITH WILSON,
JACKSON COUNTY COURTHOUSE
ALTUS OKLAHOMA, et al.,
Case No. CIV-17-535-M
On June 30, 2017, United States Magistrate Judge Charles B. Goodwin issued a Report and

ADOPTS the Report and Recommendation [docket no. 8] issued by the
Magistrate Judge on June 30, 2017; and
DISMISSES plaintiff’s Complaint [docket no. 1] without prejudice for failure to
state a claim upon which relief may be granted.
IT IS SO ORDERED this 13th day of September, 2017.
