After review, the court concludes that 2/3 of the attorney fees were the result of defending this case. The court adjusts the requested amount of $10,338.50 to $6,892.26. The c o u r t d e c l i n e s t o reduce t h e f e e award by t h e amount Ken Podesta-Daniels is required to pay plaintiffs in the California case. The court finds defendants' claims for fees r e l a t i n g to c l e r i c a l work are appropriate. The court deducts any fees incurred a f t e r p l a i n t i f f s f i l e d the motion to dismiss on November 20, 2009.
