Based upon the Stipulation of the parties, the Equal Access to Justice Aet
(EAJA), 28 U.S.c. § 2412, and Plaintiff's Supplemental EAJA petition, it is hereby ordered that
Supplemental EAJA attorneys fees of$I,498.83 shall be awarded to Plaintiff. Ifit is determined
that Plaintiff's Supplemental EAJA fees are not subject to any offset allowed under the
Department of the Treasury's Offset Program (see Astrue v. Ratliff, 130 U.S. 2521 (20 I 0», then
the check for supplemental EAJA fees shall be made payable to Bruce Brewer, based upon
Plaintiff's assignment of these amounts to Plaintiffs attorney. Any check for EAJA fees shall be
mailed to Plaintiff's counsel, Bruce Brewer, at the following address:
