W h e n e i t h e r p a r t y o b j e c t s to a n y p o r t i o n o f a m a g i s t r a t e ' s F i n d i n g s a n d R e c o m m e n d a t i o n concerning a dispositive motion, the district court must make a de novo determination o f t h a t portion o f the magistrate's report. 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1); Fed. R. Civ. P. 72(b); McDonnell Douglas Com. v. Commodore Business Machines, Inc., 656 F.2d 1309, 1313 (9th Cir. 1981), cert. denied, 455 U.S. 920 (1982). Having given a de novo review o f the issues raised i n t h e objections to the Findings and R e c o m m e n d a t i o n , I find n o e r r o r .
