OPINION & ORDER: Defendant's Motion to Strike 54 is Denied. As a sanction under Rule 37, Plaintiff's untimely exchanged expert report from Michael Fairchild is disregarded, except for the expert's reference to his review of P laintiff's medical records, which is properly considered as a supplement to the original report.
