Hubel Reporter: Date of Proceeding: March 22, 2010 Courtroom Deputy: Kathleen Bartholomew (326-8060) PLAINTIFF'S COUNSEL DEFENDANT'S COUNSEL DOCKET ENTRY: RECORD OF SCHEDULING ORDER A Rule 16 Conference is set for April 13, 2010, at 10:30 a.m., by telephone. The court will place the call. Local Rules 16.2(b) and 26.1(a)(b) require that counsel confer prior to the conference. Counsel's conferral shall take place enough in advance of the Rule 16 Conference that the following subjects are fully developed for presentation to the court at the conference or before: 1. Any anticipated protective order that the parties will need may be electronically filed with the court no later than 24 hours before the Rule 16 Conference. 2. Will there be dispositive motions in the case? What issues will they raise? 3. Will experts be used at all in the case? Are experts needed for any anticipated dispositive motions? 4. When will document discovery, including electronic discovery, be completed? 5. Who will be deposed and when? 6. Plaintiff shall advise the court at the Rule 16 Conference whether or not there will be full consent to proceed before magistrate judge in the case.
