Neal is indebted to the United States for federal income taxes (Form 1040) for the 1995, 1996, 1997, and 2006 tax years in the amount of$14,842,824.84, plus statutory interest pursuant to 26 U.S.C. §§ 6601, 6621, 6622, JUDGMENT Case No. I I -353-AC and 28 U.S.C. § 1961(c) and other statutory additions running from March 16,2011, less any payments and credits.
