Opinion and Order: The Court GRANTS the Motion 15 of NWTS for Summary Judgment. The Court STAYS this matter as to Plaintiff's claim against Fannie Mae and DENIES with leave to renew Fannie Mae's Motion 13 for Summary Judgment after a decision by the Supreme Court of Oregon on the four certified questions that are potentially relevant to this action. The Stay is in effect until 30 days after the Supreme Court issues a decision on the four certified questions unless the Court orders otherwise. Signed on 12/19/2012 by Judge Anna J. Brown.
