Based upon the Stipulation of the parties, the Equal Access to Justice Act (EAJA), 28 U.S.C. ยง 2412, and Plaintiffs EAJA petition, it is hereby ORDERED that EAJA attorney's fees of $3058.64 and expenses in the amount of $5.52 shall be awarded to Plaintiff pursuant to Astrue v. Ratliff, 130 U.S. 2521 (201 0). If it is determined that Plaintiffs EAJA fees are not subject to any offset allowed under the Department of the Treasury's Offset Program, then the check for EAJA fees shall be made payable to James S. Coon, based upon Plaintiffs assignment of these amounts to Plaintiffs attorney.
