Magistrate Judge Paul Papak issued Findings and Recommendation (#21) on January 9, 2015, in which he recommends the Court grant Defendant's Motion (#16) to Dismiss Plaintiff’s breach-of-contract and negligent misrepresentation claims for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted. 1 - ORDER The matter is now before this Court pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B) and Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 72(b).
