Following my opinion reversing the Administrative Law Judge and remanding this matter for an award of benefits, plaintiff moves for an award of $6,355.35 in fees. ECF No. 27. The hours spent were reasonable and the government’s position was not substantially justified. Plaintiff is therefore entitled to fees under the Equal Access to Justice Act, 28 U.S.C. § 2412 et. seq.
