UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT DISTRICT OF OREGON BETH ALLUISI, Plaintiff, 3: 16-CV-01685-AA vs. ORDER NANCY BERRYHILL, Commissioner of Social Security, Defendant. Based upon the stipulation of the patties, it is hereby ORDERED that attomey fees in the amount of$4,737.09 shall be awarded to Plaintiff pursuant to the Equal Access to Justice Act, 28 U.S.C. ยง 2412. The parties agree that attomey fees will be paid to Plaintiffs attomey, dependent upon verification that Plaintiff has no debt which qualifies for offset against the awarded fees, pursuant to the Treasury Offset Program as discussed in Astrue v. Ratliff, I 30 S.Ct. 2521 (2010). If Plaintiff has no such debt, then the check shall be made out to Plaintiffs attomey and mailed to Plaintiffs attomey's office as follows: Merrill Schneider, P.O. Box 14490, Portland, OR 97293.
