Magistrate Judge Paul Papak issued Findings and
Reconunendation (#21) on April 21, 2017, in which he reconunends
this Court grant Defendant Rentokil North America, Inc.'s Motion
(#9) to Compel Arbitration and Stay or Abate Lawsuit Pending
Arbitration and stay this matter pending arbitration.
The matter
is now before this Court pursuant to 28 U.S.C. ยง 636(b) (1) (B) and
Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 72(b).
Because no objections to the Magistrate Judge's Findings and
Reconunendation were timely filed, this Court is relieved of its

obligation to review the record de nova.

Having reviewed the legal principles de nova, the Court does not
find any error.
CONCLUSION
The Court ADOPTS Magistrate Judge Papak's Findings and
Recommendation (#21).
Accordingly, the Court GRANTS Defendant's
Motion (#9) to Compel Arbitration and STAYS this matter pending
arbitration.
