awarded to Plaintiff pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2412(d) (EAJA).

If it is determined that Plaintiffs EAJA fees are not subject to any offset allowed unde1

the Department of the Treasury's Offset Program, see Astrue v. Ratl!ff, 130 S.Ct. 2521 (20 I 0),

then the check for EAJA fees shall be made payable to Dcllcrt Baird Law Offices, PLLC, based
