The Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment on the FLSA Claims of opt-in plaintiffs
Anthony Nix, Jason Owens, and Dennis Roldan [#124], is DENIED as moot. The claims of
opt-in plaintiffs Anthony Nix and Dennis Roldan were already dismissed through the Court's
previous Order [#161]. And the Defendant has renewed their motion against Jason Owens as
part of their Motion for Partial Summary Judgment [#139].
IT IS SO ORDERED.
