OPINION
Plaintiff, Cheryl A. Stein (“Stein”), seeks reconsideration of this court’s Opinion and
Order dated November 23, 2016 (ECF #26). Review of the parties’ briefs and of the record
reveal that the Opinion and Order (ECF #26) should be modified and clarified in part.
ORDER
Stein’s Motion for Reconsideration Under Fed. R. Civ. P. 59(e) is GRANTED IN
PART AND DENIED IN PART. Accordingly, this court’s prior Opinion and Order (ECF
#26) and prior Judgment (ECF #27) are, therefore, VACATED. A new Opinion and Order
and new Judgment will follow.
