Based upon the stipulation of the parties, the Court orders the Commissioner of Social
Security Administration to pay Equal Access to Justice Award (EAJA) attorney fees, subject to
any offset allowed under the Treasury Offset Program, as discussed in Astrue v. Ratliff, 139 S.
Ct. 2521 (2010), in the amount of $8,451. 71 for attorney fees to Alan Stuart Graf to be mailed to
Plaintiffs attorney at 208 Pine St. Floyd, VA 24091.
