Magistrate Judge John Jelderks issued Findings and
Recommendation (#15) on May 9, 2017, in which he recommends the
Court reverse the Commissioner's decision denying Plaintiff's
application for disability insurance benefits and remand this

Recommendation were timely filed, this Court is relieved of its
obligation to review the record de novo.

CONCLUSION
The Court ADOPTS Magistrate Judge Jelderks's Findings and
Recommendation (#15).
Accordingly, the Court REVERSES the
Commissioner's decision and REMANDS this matter for further
proceedings consistent with the Findings and Recommendation.
