On March 15, 2017, the patties filed a Stipulated Motion to dismiss this case with prejudice.
ECF No. 16. In a Declaration filed by Plaintiffs attorney Katherine Eitenmiller, she provides that
her client advised her to seek a settlement with the Commissioner to dismiss her case, with prejudice,
and with no costs or fees to either side. ECF No. 17. Accordingly, pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 41(a),
the patties' Stipulated Motion to Dismiss the Complaint is GRANTED, and this action is
DISMISSED with prejudice.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
